If your key is not working, it is probably because your Owner Name on the Today Screen of your Pocket PC does not match the name on the registration email. For example, "John Smith" is different from "John H. Smith" or "JOHN SMITH". If necessary email me for a new key. Does this program work with "Program/Utility X?" See Compatibility
