Analyse Mode

One of the best ways to learn the Game of Chess is by studying the games of others, and by studying your past performances. Analyse mode lets you do this by letting you navigate through the moves of one or more games. You can't actually move the pieces in this mode, except as they unfold through the navigation controls. If you have loaded a PGN file containing one or more games, you will see the index, players and result of the game, for example

"7. Morphy vs McConnell (1-0)"

Refers to a game played between Morphy and McConnell in which Morphy won. The '7' means that this is the 7th game of the loaded PGN file. Currently to save memory there is a limit of 100 games loaded at a time, if a file has more than 100 games the extra games will not be loaded.
